Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in developing architectural drawings, models, and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino. - Prepare conceptual designs and support detailed design development under senior architect supervision - Participate in design reviews and make corrections or revisions as directed - Company senior staff on site inspections to understand construction methods and project progress. - Record observations, take measurements, and assist in preparing site reports

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare Bill of Quantity - Prepare a budget - Take actual measurements on-site for cost - Prepare the material and labor request - Prepare a project report

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years in a senior role Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ). - Monitor and report project costs and progress against budget. - Handle variations, claims, and contract administration. - Conduct site visits to assess work progress and verify measurements.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations, monitor progress, and ensure quality control on-site. - Supervising, coordinating, and monitoring all inspection and testing activities, ensuring they are performed according to the QCP, project specifications, and relevant standards. - Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, and ensure construction aligns with design specifications. - Provide guidance to contractors and workers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technical accuracy. - Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe work environment. - Act as a liaison between architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication. - Track materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient use and timely delivery. - Maintain site reports, progress logs, and compliance records for stakeholders

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in Project Manager Position.
